Suggestions to help you decide how to start Peyronie’s treatment

Read these descriptions and see which one applies most closely to your situation.  You can start with any plan you choose, but the more aggressive your treatment plan the greater your opportunity for success.  You don’t have to follow a PDI plan; you can create your own plan based on the ideas found in the “Worksheet to build and modify a Peyronie’s disease treatment plan.

Small Peyronie’s treatment plan suggested: 

­­___  PD less than 12 months
___   Mild to moderate curved penis
­­___   Under 25 years old
­­___   Generally good health
­­___   No to little problem with intercourse
­­___   No to little use of Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, statin drugs for cholesterol, or Propecia

Medium Peyronie’s treatment plan suggested: 

___   PD between 12-24 months
­­___   Mild to moderate curved penis
­­___   Any age
­­___   Generally good health
­­___   Mild, moderate or occasional problem with intercourse
­­___   Moderate to heavy use of Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, statin cholesterol drugs, or Propecia

Large Peyronie’s treatment plan suggested: 

___   PD longer than 24 months
­­___   Moderate to severe curved penis or bottleneck or hourglass deformity of any degree
­­___   Over 60 years old
­­___   Generally poor health or complicated medical history
­­___   Moderate to severe problem with intercourse, or ED that prevents intercourse
­­___   Moderate to heavy use of Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, statin cholesterol drugs, or Propecia
